- Course objectives
- - to introduce to the students the basic differences in various areas of life in French-speaking countries - to prepare students for various situations of everyday life and for possible intercultural misunderstandings and critical incidents - to develop intercultural communication competence, including French language competence
- Learning outcomes
- - be aware of the intercultural differences of one's own and the destination country - recognize intercultural misunderstanding and respond appropriately to them - be more open to other cultures - be linguistically prepared for various situations of everyday life at university or at work in French-speaking countries
