Course objectives
At the end of this course, students should be able: to acquire the basic knowledge on the issues of general and French phonetics; to understand the ways and place of articulation of individual phones of French sound system, particularly the difficult ones for a Czech user (mastering the system of the international phonetic transcription is also included); to apply the acquiered knowledges and skills at school.
