Course objectives
The course is focused on improving productive and receptive communicative competences in professional language at the B2+ level according to SERRJ.
Learning outcomes
Graduate:
- understands the context of the professional field and communicates (written and oral) in a Francophone professional environment,
- uses a vocabulary of professional terms in the context of corporate communication,
- understands professional texts and can respond to them,
- can interpret and present data found in professional texts,
- is able to act in professional situations (e.g. business negotiations, communication with colleagues and superiors, conflict resolution).

Syllabus
  • Communication with customers and business partners (small talk, business negotiations, introduction of the company).
  • Working day (e-mails, work meetings, company documentation).
  • Presentation of results (statistics, annual reports).

Teaching methods
Work with professional text: reception, production, mediation, simulation of professional situations, work with online resources,
(online-course)

Assessment methods
Active participation.
A written exam in the form of an answer sheet (listening, reading comprehension) and an oral interview (simulation of a professional situation).
