Course objectives
The subject is focused on improving productive and receptive communicative competences in professional language at the B2+ level.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able to understand and communicate within the administrative component of the work sphere, corporate environment, human resources, marketing, research and investigation of the situation focused on the Russian labor and production market, based on the expanded vocabulary associated with the professional lexical portfolio.
Syllabus
  • Russian labor market. Human resources and job search. Motivation, professional and personal factor in getting a job. A structured biography and the specifics of its compilation in Russian. Tender. Courtesy culture. Speech etiquette in Russian communication. Russian work sphere, system, rules and traditions of managing companies, production, etc. Specifics of labor-legal relations, professional communication within the positional hierarchy, reflection of work activity. Expression of pros and cons, positive and negative evaluation, communication with superiors and subordinates, forms of argumentation and persuasion.
