Course objectives
At the end of the course students extend their knowledges about medieval history of our country and should be able to employ these informations in their pedagogical practice.
Syllabus
  • Great Moravia; Strongholds as political and ecclestiatic centres; Christians missions; Baptize of Slavs in Moravia, Slovakia and Bohemia; the oldest church architecture; the church necropolis (burial-grounds) on greatmoravian strongholds; material culture in 8th-10th century; old slavonic language; slovanic liturgy.
