Course objectives
Purposes of this course is to obtain basic education in special pre-school age from the social and educational point of view. Theoretical knowledge concerning psychological components of professional work in kindergarten. At the end of this course student should be able to:
- define and explaine basic concepts
- define process of socialization, social learning and social environment influence in pre-school age
- apply bacis knowledge of educational psychology in upbringing of professional point of view
Syllabus
  • 1. Social psychological view of pre-school child age, character of his activities and relation with teacher.
  • 2. Social psychological analysis of the interpersonal interaction and activities for teacher´s work.
  • 3. Socialization and social learning.
  • 4. Perceptional skills in teacher´s work.
  • 5. Communication.
  • 6. Psychology associated with life in group with a view to dynamism in dyad and small group of children.
  • 7. Psychology of teaching and learning process.
  • 8. Psychology of education. Concept of education, conditions and aim of education. Parenting style.
  • 9. Psychological and pedagogical aspects of children adaptation in the special conditions and the educational interaction.
  • 10. Psychological conditions and determinants of school success.
  • 11. Teacher´s personality.
  • 12. Pedagogical and psychological diagnosis.
