Course objectives
Having met course requirements, students are able to plan and design long-termed literary and wider cultural activities in the work with pre-school children. At the end of the course students should be able to design educational projects for nursery schools.
Syllabus
  • 1. Literary project, literary programmes. 2. Literature for pre-school children and ethics. 3. literature for pre-school children and multicultural society. 4. Periodicals for children and possibilities of their application at nursery school. 5. Regional aspects in literary education. 6. Pre-school child as a spectator (film, television). 7. Child and a theatre, cultivation of spectator habits. 8. Cooperation with local libraries and other cultural institutions.

Requirements: elaboration of methodical material- elaborate integrated teaching block (a literary-cultural project of a smaller extent) which would use a literary text for literary education and broader educational scopes within the particular field of education.
