Course objectives
Errors in numerical computations, numerical solving of nonlinear equations and linear systems, interpolation (Lagrange, Newton, Hermite), numerical derivation, numerical integration, methods for numerical solving of differential equations. At the end of this course, students should have a knowledge of basic aspects of numerical mathematics. At least one of the topics should be undrstood deeper, in view of seminar paper.
