- Course objectives
- The course offers both theoretical and practical background for working with authentic texts and is thus a supportive means when stepping out of the four walls of the classroom and confronting students-teachers and their future pupils with language reality (authentic signs such as advertisements, traffic signs and instructions, instructions, other street lyrics, but also authentic recordings and short films). The aim of the course is to use acquired theoretical knowledge in practice - in the preparation of didactic materials (photographs, videos, recordings, etc.) for the purpose of their use in the teaching of German.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course, students will be able to work with a authentic texts (linguistic landscapes) at school.
- Syllabus
- The course will take the form of a workshop. 1. selection of suitable texts for didactization 2. theoretical introduction to the concept of Linguistic landscapes and its use in didactics 3. practical part: didactization of selected texts - on-site 4. practical part: creating your own didactics - homework, tutorials
