Course objectives
On successful completion of course student will be able to applique the necessary legislation on his Future Practic.
Syllabus
  • 1. The status of a citizen in a legal state. 2. The constitutional order of the Czech Republic. 3. The Constitution of the Czech Republic. 4. Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. 5. Laws needed for the work of teachers 6. Act on Educational Staff 7. Legislative requirements for the work of teachers in primary and secondary schools. 8. Conditions for the exercise of the teaching profession and continuing education. 9. Education Act and the Decree of the Ministry of Education selected. 10. Position primary and secondary schools under the Municipalities Act and the Act on Regions. 11. Some of the new Civil Code. 12. Labour relations under the Labour Code.
