Course objectives
The content of the course, which is called Philosophy for Everyone, are the so-called Thought Games. Aim of the course: To introduce thought games as one of the means of "work of the philosopher's mind".
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students find a way to specific philosophical thinking, finding out, describing and arguing in discussions through one of the means of philosophers - the philosophical game.
Syllabus
  • Introductory meeting: Philosophical questions. Philosophical dialogue as an exchange of arguments (not opinions). Efforts for understanding and intellectual clarity. Philosophical play as a way to specific philosophical reasoning, finding, describing and arguing in discussions. Themes of philosophical games: 1) Happiness 2) Knowledge 3) Me 4) Soul and brain 5) Space and time 6) God and faith 7) Freedom
