  • Základní znalosti s trestním právem, kriminalitou mládeže, úloha pedagoga při spolupráci s policií při řešení kriminality mládeže. Trestní řízení - postavení svědka, obviněného, práva a povinnosti, výslech nezletilých dětí, mladistvých, příklady. Trestní postih nezletilých dětí a mladistvých. Příčiny a důvody páchání trestné činnosti. Týrání dětí, šikanování a související trestná činnost - příklady. Zneužívání dětí - příklady, úloha pedagoga, příklady z praxe.
