Druhy masáže a její účinky. Shiatsu. Orientální pojetí zdraví. Reflexologie. Teorie a principy. Základní techniky. Rehabilitace a rekonvalescence. Automasáž a akupresura při některých zdravotních potížích. Bolesti. Osobnost a bolest. Smysl pro sebeovládání.
