Course objectives
The goal of the course is to deepen the knowledge of   practical language. At the end of this seminar students will be able to converse in the discussed topics; to express their ideas using new vocabulary and acquired syntactic structures.
Syllabus
  • The course focuses on improving communicative skills by discussions and dialogues within actual conversation topics (with using Russian periodics, newspapers and Internet).
  • 1. Education system in Czech universities. 2. Education system in Russian universities. 3. Teacher. Mission of the teacher. 4. My ideas about the future teacher profession. 5. Art in the life of present youth. 6. Contemporary world and national musical scene. What kind of music do You listen? 7. Russian music scene. Classical and modern music. Alternative trends.

Student must actively participate in the class, regular prepare home assignments. Reading and listening Russian texts are recommended.
