Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Students understand contemporary methods and techniques of personal and social development in relation to oneself, others, their profession. Students interpret own personality concept in the context of PSD (Personal-social development).
Learning outcomes
1) Development of presentational and communicative skills 2) Understanding to principles of reflection and constructive feedback 3) Empowered awareness of self and ability for self-reflection 4) Understanding to principles of personal and social development in group context

  • Essential principles of improvisation Associational processes Concentration on ongoing processes Communicative skills development - attentive listening skills, ability to defend and promote opinions, public speaking Creativity development - ability to come up with new ideas and to accept and develop ideas of other people Teamwork development Authentic situations Reflection and feedback
