Course objectives
Upon completion of this course the student will have an overview of communication systems used by people with hearing impairment, especially the visual-motor forms of communicationThey will focus on the choice of appropriate communication forms of deaf people, with an emphasis on visual-motor communication systems - the use of the Czech sign language, the Czech signed language and the finger alphabet.
Learning outcomes
• the student is orientated in the area of visual and motor communication systems of the deaf
• orientated in the basics of linguistics of the Czech sign language
• they will acquire selected visual-motor communication systems for hearing impaired people
