Syllabus
  • Surdopaedia Organization of care of people with hearing disabilities, psychological peculiarities of people with hearing disabilities, surdopaedic principles and work methods, technical aids, development of vocabukary, development of readung skills, hearing reeducation, lipreading dactylology, contens and acoustic aspects of speech, modulation factors, sign language, total communication, various ways of commmunication, specifics of work with people with defective hearing and deaf people. Somatopaedia Development of care of handicapped people and present trends in care of handicapped at home and abroud, educational system, legislation, special educational centres, hospital schools, classification of motor disorders, central and peripheral paralysis, amputation, upbringing and educating of child with brain paralysis, with severe defects, special techniques and methodologies, professional orientation and professional work with physically handicapped pupils. Ophtalmopaedia Categories of people with visual disabilities, occurrence and causes, dim-sighted children, children with limited vision, blind children, astigmatic children, children with multiple defects, blind-deaf children, peculiarities of psychic processes in visually handicapped, system of schools for visually handicapped, counselling, special educational centres, technical aids, visual stimulation space orientation and independent movement, guide dogs. Ethopaedics Basic categories, ethopaedic diagnostics, aetiology, classification of behavioural disorders, re-educational process, methods of re-education, therapeutic and correction methods for re-socialisation, specifics of education of individuals with behavioural disorders, methodologies, system of orthopaedic institutions, socially pathological phenomena in young people, pre-criminality, legal solutions, prevention, councelling, ways of re-socialisation
