Course objectives
student knows organization dedicated to counseling and intervention for children with visual impairments, the student will be able to define and explain the activities of these organizations student will know the basic interventional and diagnostic procedures for the target group of visually impaired children in preschool age

  • Low Vision therapy
  • methodology of Lilli Nielsen aids according to Lilli Nielsen international intervention methods
  • diagnosis of visual impairment, diagnostic methods according to Lea Hyvarinen diagnostic tools
  • early care counseling services focusing on pre-school age
