Course objectives

The aim of the course is to strengthen the competences of students in the field of specialneeds intervention. They will learn to use basic techniques for intervention at individual/group level with the focuse on a child at risk, with challenging behavior in terms of family, school, institutional education.

Learning outcomes

After the successful passing of the course the student will have the knowledge how to apply intervention in case the work on the system/group/individual level.

• The concept of resilience and inclusion in special educational intervention
• Specifics of the intervention in the context of the different needs of the target group
• Internalized behavioral disorders/Externalized behavioral disorders
• Methods of intervention - forms, topics
• Intervention 3P
• Multidisciplinary cooperation in intervention
• Intervention in children with PECh from the perspective of therapy and psychotherapy
• Intervention for pupils with ASD
