Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the problem of supporting communication skills in children with impaired speech development - with the possibilities and procedures that can be used in children with this form of disrupted communication skills in orientation analysis and subsequent development of communication skills.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course the student knows the development of lcommunication ability in children with impaired speech development;  knows procedures that can be used in children with ICA in analysis of communication skills and sub-components; -orientates itself in the processes and materials that can be used for the subsequent comprehensive development of communication skills.
Syllabus
  • Impaired speech development - course specifics, causes of impaired speech development.  Diagnostics of impaired speech development, interdisciplinary cooperation.  Ontogenesis of children's speech, psychomotor development.  Phonetic-phonological level of speech - specifics of difficulties in this area, possibilities of development.  Lexic-semantic level of speech - specifics of difficulties in this area, possibilities of development.  Morphological-syntactic level of speech - specifics of difficulties in this area, possibilities of development.  Pragmatic level of speech - specifics of difficulties in this area, possibilities of development.  Hearing perception - specificities of the difficulties in this area, possibilities of development.  Visual perception - specificities of the difficulties in this area, possibilities of development.  Motricity (fine, gross, graphomotorics) - specifics of the difficulties in this area, possibilities of development.  Presentation of aids for the development of assigned areas.

Seminar, discussion, homework.
Assessment methods
Continusou preparation and presentation of aids focused on the development of language courses and sub-components - according to the assignment. Written test (75% of the correct answer is required for successful completion of the course). Oral exam.70% attendance is required.
