Course objectives
The aim of the course is explaination and describe the degree of support measures for students with visual, physical and mental disabilities that are provided in mainstream schools in inclusive education.
Learning outcomes
Expected outcomes: - Student knows the degree of support measures for pupils with physical, visual and mental disabilities. - knows support measures focusing on physical, visual and mental disabilities;

  • Main topics (warp): - The amendment of the education act. - Support measures for students with the support need for educational because of mental disability or weakening of cognitive performance. - Support measures for students with the support need for educational because of physical disability and serious illness. - Support measures for students with the support need for educational because of visual impairment or weakness of visual perception. - Support measures for students with the support need for educational because of autism spectrum disorders or mental illness selected.

Teaching methods
Teaching methods: Interactive participation in the seminar, study special literature, creation of case studies
Assessment methods
75 % particiapation, creating case studies of pupils with SEN to support measures. Students will characterize all 10 areas of support measures, drawn up by a case study of pupil with special educational needs with a focus on application support measures.
