Course objectives
Classwork is conceived as self-experiencing seminaire aimed to body work and to bodily sensed reality. Students will obtain experiences with embodiement and body work, which are usefull for own psychohygiene, self-knowledge and personal development.
Syllabus
  • Orientation in principles and theoretic backgroud of Focusing and Body-Mind Centering methods. Self-experiencing and training of practical skills enabling deeper understanding to emotions and process of experiencing. Utilization of body work as an usefull instrument for helping professions. Reflection and sharing.

self-experiencing seminaire
Assessment methods
Classwork is realized via introspection and self-reflection of own emotions (individually, with partners) and practical skills training. Expected is active participation during the lessons, willingness to share and reflectown experience in group. The course is finished by self-reflection in written form (1-3 pg.)
