Course objectives
Aim law upbringing is realize necessity and necessity observance enactment, i. e. legal conscience. Survey on basic legal concepts, but also on several power branch of law, which fatigue - clad and private life teachers come together. At the end of the course the student will be able to: - understand the basic terminology of the subject - explain the relationships and connections between particular aspects of the subject - use the information acquired in the subject to expand one’s own perspective of the issues studied
Syllabus
  • Content subject zero in on on: Basic legal concepts government administrative law justice, prosecution and law service civil law family law commercial law industrial law crown - law adoption problems obtain students practical piece of knowledge for solving common law problems.
