Course objectives
The aim of the course is to gain basic knowledge and skills related to the creation of documents in the   basic text and spreadsheet programs. The basic text formatting, paragraphs, styles and fonts, typography rules, finishing and printing the document. Formatting of tables, cell, sheet, workbook, creating graphs, printing and finishing of tables and charts.
Syllabus
  • 1st Basic editing of the text. The basics of text formatting. (The cursor, the structure of the document paragraph by the movement of the document, the font type, size, cut ...)
  • 2nd Work with the file. (Switching between open documents, templates and work with them,  , headers and footers page ...)
  • 3rd Styly.Tabulky (What are the styles, use, creating his own style, lines and colors in the table, working with cells   ...)
  • 4th Rulers. Tab. Bullets and Numbering. (Indent, Shiplap, margins, tabs, settings and the elimination, indents, numbering ...)
  • 5th Graphics   document. (Images, insert, change, scale, position, auto shapes, WordArt, initial ...)
  • 6th Print the document. Basic rules of typography. (Print settings, page, the printer settings, basic typography rules ...)
  • 7th Basic operations   cells. Format Cells. (The types of cells, the movement after the sheet repair content, block design cells, the format ...)
  • 8th Formula. Features. (Creation of the formula, insert function, copying a formula or function, filling loop ...)
  • 9th Charts. (Creating a graph, change the chart, legend, location, types and subtypes of graphs ...)
  • 10th Work with the file. (Saving the file formats, workbooks, creation and use templates ...)
  • 11th Preparation of the press table and graph. (Settings page headers and footers, the printer settings, set the parameters of the press ...)
  • 12th Interconnection of the table with   text. (Addition and import tables and graphs, change the table in   document operations   objects ...)
