Course objectives
At the end of the course the student will be able to: Create databases and work with a database system; manipulate data through databases from the web; create a stand-alone active Web page to connect to Access and the SQL Server;
Learning outcomes
The student will have general knowledge of database systems. They will be able to use their knowledge to create a database file system in Visual Basic. He will be able to create a system project in Access. It will be able to create a Front End as a Windows application. It will be able to create a Front End in a Web browser. He will be able to work with the SQL Server

  • Database systems - Access, SQL 1st database of databases, creation of DBS, design of database model, creation of proprietary database) 2, Working with the   Database Server Sql Server 3. Dynamic www pages (ASPNET principle and usage) 4. Visual Basic and Visual Devloper - Basics of Programming (Basic Visual Basic Syntax and Basic Commands - Practical Demos) 5.Visual Basic - Other usage options, introduction to SQL databases (forms processing, database on the web, use in cooperation with the   database) 6. Other site creation options (Independent project work) 7. Use of services on the Internet (domain registration, www space, search engines, statistics, ...) 8.
