Syllabus (in Czech)

• prevence poruch pohybového aparátu z hlediska kompenzace jednostranné zátěže, vyrovnávací cvičení v hodinách tělesné výchovy a v hodinách ostatních předmětů v podobě tělovýchných chvilek. Cvičení jsou zaměřená na vytváření návyku správného držení těla a úpravu svalových dysbalancí.
