Course objectives
The course follows the Gymnastics 1-3 courses and its aim is an extension of the gymnastic knowledge and skills especially concerning methodics of the training of basic, classical, rhytmical and modern gymnastic elements.
Syllabus
  • 1. Improvement of the technique and methodics of training of basic elements of the classical gymnastics. 2. Improvement of the technique and methodics of training of basic elements of the rhytmical and fitness gymnastics with music and dance. 3. Preparatory exercises for the particular gymnastic disciplines, organisation of gymnastic competitions. 4. Methodics of the training of gymnastic skills by teaching experiments taking the age specialties and 1st grade primary school syllabus into account.

Regular semestral tuition. Credit requirements: active participation, essay - written preparation for a lesson with gymnastics topic, practical skills and theoretical knowledge regarding sport and modern gymnastics
