Course objectives
The basic aim of the course Business Management 1 is to provide entry into the business of the economy, the provision of basic knowledge about the company  , production factors and their mutual ties. Subject acquaint students with various categories of enterprise and business management. Explains the basic concepts of business management such as corporate production factors, organizational legal form of business, mergers and choice based company. In the education problem   production factors is heading the special attention being paid to the human work performance, the breakdown of the indicative work (business management) and executive work (detailed work - in relation to the object  ), its influence and remuneration.
Syllabus
  • 1) Introduction to subject
  • 2) Typology of the companies: - The basic principles of management of the company; The definition of enterprise; The nature and characteristics of the company; Classification of business
  • 3) Business Management and its methods: - Theoretical and Applied enterprise economy; Models; The principle of selecting the   applied enterprise economy
  • 4) Business factors of production: - A system of corporate production factors; Functions of corporate governance; Strategic Management; Holders of management decisions
  • 5) The system of corporate objectives, instruments and the principles: - Types of business objectives; Target conflicts; Systematic management tools; The principles of
  • 6) Planning and decision-making in the company: - Functions and structure of planning; Strategic planning; Operational planning; Decision making and field evaluation of the results
  • 7) Corporate Organization: - Tasks such as business organizations and state; Formal and informal organizational structure; Organization; Supervision
  • 8) Human work performance and factors affecting it: - Factors affecting human work; Personnel Selection; Working conditions; The amount of pay; A voluntary corporate social benefits
  • 9) Rewarding work: - Evaluation methods of work; Payroll forms; Standardization work performance; Commitment to corporate results
