Course objectives
The main goal of this programme is to provide the students with the basic information on selected psychological and diagnostic methods that can be useful for teaching at the primary schools.
At the end of the course students should be able to carry out the screening of children potentially unable to begin the school attendance on usual date.
Syllabus
  • Curriculum 1. The usage of a child's painting for the purpose of achieved psychological development judgment – for teaching at the primary schools conditions.
  • 2. The term „lateral preference“ and „development of lateral preference“ since birth until 15 years of age. The screening methods of laterality verification. The Matejcek – Zlab Lateral examination.
  • 3. The screening verification of child's psychological competency to join the school attendance.
