Course objectives
Student concretes management competencies of the teachers; justify the selected method of classroom arrangement with its positives and negatives; knows the basic legislation, explains the importance of a strategic development class plan and its content; understands the creation of an individual education plan; knows the thematic plan, indicating his example and give examples compulsory school documentation; gives examples of class rules, activities for its social cohesion; proposes a plan for enrollment in the class; knows the possibilities of collaboration with institutions regarding to solve specific problems at the school, knows the rights and duties of parents and their obligations towards them.

  • Conception of education in The Czech Republic for 21. century, educational policy in The Czech Rebublic and framework curriculum. Education legislation and school documentation. School and classroom management The role of class teacher: the environment and learning conditions, equipment, class organization, classroom planning School documentation - school curriculum, shedule and the possibility of modifying it; planned events and school projects, cooperation with experts; Teacher planning Activating, cooperative teaching methods, comprehensive training methods Individualization and differentiation Class problems Parents and cooperation with teacher Self-reflection
