Course objectives
The Aim of this Subjects is analyse and describe of human movement.
Syllabus
  • Indroduce to Kinesiology.
  • Neuromuskular system (muscle contraction, control of movement).
  • Analyse of movements of joints (flexe, extense, abduction, adduction, rotacion), Function of muscles.
  • Analyse of spine, pelvis and scapula movements.
  • Analyse of upper limbs movements.
  • Analyse of movements of lower limbs.
  • Application of Kinesiology: posture, standing, sitting.
  • Application of Kinesiology: strengthening (sit-up, push-up, pull-up).
  • Application of Kinesiology of locomotion movements: walking, running, jumping.
  • Application of Kinesiology of cyclic movements: cycling, swimming.
  • Application of Kinesiology: pushing, pulling.
  • Application of Kinesiology: throwing, kicking.
  • Application of Kinesiology: gymnastics.
  • Essence of Biomechanics.
