Course objectives
Both theoretical and practical base for dealing with questions of a harmonic balance of the personality in relation to motor activities. Via motor activities students are introduced to changes in personal approach to life, health, communication and society. Therefore, we may contribute to fulfilling the sense of life of every human being (sportsman, top sportsman and non-sportsman).
Syllabus
  • Aggression and its importance in life. Means of aggression elimination via motor activities.
  • Verbal communication and motor activities.
  • Nonverbal communication and motor activities.
  • Teaming and importance of sport and sports-motor activities in order to improve the quality of teamwork.
  • Graphology – its importance, methodology and possibilities of personality appraisal (including the personality of a sportsman).
  • The impact of sports-motor activities on quality of life.
  • Coping strategies (psychodrama, sociodrama, etc.).
  • Stress and its management. Stress in sport (sportsman, coach, sports spectator).
  • Obesity and motivation towards movement (youth, adults).
  • Psychomotor moments.
  • Movement self-reflection (psychosomatics, weekly movement regime).
