Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The aim of the course is to extend the theoretical and practical knowledge of the training process. The course will be focused on the analysis of techniques of swimming techniques in video recording, application of theoretical and practical knowledge in the area of biomechanics, physiology of swimming training in the training process and use of knowledge of rules in decision making at swimming races in the pupil and junior category.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to;
- analyze the technique of swimming ways of video;
- apply theoretical and practical knowledge of the biomechanice and physiology in a training proces;
- use knowledge of the rules when deciding on swimming races at pupils and junior category
