Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Kick Box Aerobics - beginners -it is highly aerobic fitness exercise which uses basic elements of kick boxing (kicks, strokes, stances). We put a stress on the correct stroke and kick performance and mastering the stance techniques.Simple choreographies and jumps are integrated. Kick Box Aerobics - advanced - it is highly aerobic fitness exercise which uses basic elements of kick boxing (kicks, strokes, stances). Strenght,persistence and flexibility are improved via the combination of basic elements and simple choreographies. The training also improves bloodstream fitness, spacial orientation, the sense for balance,release of negative emotions and self-confidence.

  • Kick Box Aerobics - beginners 1. Training of basic elements of martial arts (kicks, strokes, stances) 2. Training of the correct techniques of basic kicks, strokes, stances 3. Simle jumps 4. Final stretching Kick Box Aerobics - advanced 1. revision of basic elements of martial arts (kicks, strokes, stances) 2. Simple choreographies 3. Development of the strenght, endurance, flexibility 4. development of spacial orientation, balance 5. Final stretching

Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
