Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle It is a preventive exercise focused on the correct posture. Without aids - the exercise focused on bodybuilding of slacking muscles and stretching of shortened muscles. Big balls - the exercise uses the balls. Ballance exercise is gradually integrated. Other sports aids are also integrated, such as overballs, terrabands, dumbbells.
Syllabus
  • - introduction of the basic principles of remedial exercise - mastering the correct breathing - stretching the shortened muscles - building the slacking muscles - mobility and functional fitness of spinal column

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
