Course objectives
Do you like Zumba? You'll love the Movida! Movida is a fun and simple, uses various kinds of dances from Latin American dances to pop hits and hits of the sixties. Unlike Zumba emphasis on symmetry assembly - burdened both sides of the body equally, more engaging work arm and puts greater emphasis on proper implementation of Movida combines the rhythms of salsa, bachata, merengue, reggaeton, hip hop, pop, Latin, rock, mambo, cumbia and many others - uses the rhythms of both Latin American and European. Certainly is not anything complicated, dance and exercise can really Movida each of you. The moves are easy to follow and rhythms are repeated emphasis is on even loading all parts of the body with emphasis on symmetrical replenishment exercises.
