Course objectives
The exercise is aimed at forming a uniform muscles throughout the body. Most focus on problem areas such as thighs, buttocks or belly. The exercises are used the weight of his own body and a small exercise equipment for example. Overbally boss, like rubber bands. They are trained in a mid-tempo that allows controlled execution of individual exercises with emphasis on correct posture.
