Course objectives
The content of the exercise program Circuit training in the gym is the effective exercise of all muscle groups on exercise machines and also with your own body at certain intensities. The variability and diversity of the training is mainly focused on the development of strength endurance and coordination skills, balancing muscle imbalances, training the center of the body and eliminating back pain. The specifics of women's exercises, focusing on "problem" areas, fat reduction and body shaping. The content of the training is built on the basis of a progressive increase in load and simultaneously develops muscle strength and overall physical fitness.

  • - introduction of the basic principles of exercise - the bases of the system - training and mastering the basic configuration - practising the advanced methods
