Course objectives
The lesson is based on a dynamic warm-up with a focus on strengthening the lower body and activate the muscles of the back, the subsequent stretch, mobilize stiff joints and vigorously strengthen the body core with rehabilitation aids such as a large ball or overball. Using these tools activates the deep stabilizing muscles, improves coordination and balance in positions of balance. The exercise is suitable for those who have problems with maintaining proper attitude, backache and joint pain as well as a healthy compensation for other activities.

  • - introduction of basic principles of balance exercise - mat exercise without sports equipment - exercise using special sports equipment - combination of various sports equipment

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
