Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basics of safety associated with the game of disc golf, acquiring basic habits leading to higher performance such as different types of throws according to the game situation.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

    Teaching methods
    practical exercises on the disc golf course, self-study of rules and playing techniques of professional players, video analysis of the biomechanics of throws

    Online multiple-choice test (10 questions on disc golf rules and techniques) with a maximum score of 5 points.
    After the first class, the student will formally (in writing in a file in IS MU) set goals (including an evaluation of those goals) to be reached at the end of the course. At the end of the course, he/she will be evaluated by classmates on the completion/achievement of the objectives. Maximum score of 5 points (100% completion of objectives; 0 points for 0% completion of objectives).
    For each ace during the course, the player will receive 0.5 points (maximum gain of 1 point overall).
    2 points will reduce the student score for each non-attendance during the teaching block.
    For each homework assignment not completed resulting from the lesson's content, the student will receive a deduction of 1 point.

    Teacher's information
    The course will be taught in block form during the examination period. There will likely be 3 to 4 teaching days in a calendar week (13 hours total). Students will be informed about the schedule in the 10th week of the semester. Scheduled days may be operationally postponed to other days due to climatic situation.
