Course objectives
At the theoretical level, the course aims to develop students’ knowledge of selected topics of personal and social development. It then acquaints students with specific tools that they can use in their professional development in connection with these topics. At the practical level, the goal is to develop students' personal and social competencies based on a thorough (self) reflection.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student characterizes the essential components of personality. The student analyzes interpersonal communication and actively uses descriptive language. The student describes the body's response to stress and uses a suitable tool to manage it. It identifies the sources of natural authority and proposes appropriate solutions for natural authority development based on the analysis of practical examples. The student analyzes his time possibilities and organizes his time appropriately. The student identifies experiential pedagogy principles and chooses appropriate procedures with regard to the pedagogical situation/goal during group work.
