The aim of the course is to introduce to theory and didactics of specialisation in combat sport.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to: - Select technical resources by ones own according to given request - Apply theoretical knowledge, is able to describe and explain technical resources - Understand social and law relation for aplying technical resources
Syllabus
  • Technical resources. Preparatory excercises. Condition motor abilities. Coordination motor abilities. Structure of sport performance. Planing, evidence and evaluation of training process. Tactical development. Combative sport and selfdefense.
