Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce the student with various types of group exercises under the guidance of a lecturer in fitness centers, their characteristics and use for clients of different age categories, health restrictions and different levels of physical fitness.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to: know different types of excercises in fitness apply them for different group people (seniors, children, athlets etc.).
