Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide information on the possible use of alternative dietary guidelines. At the end of the course students will be able to understand the client and interperetovat difference and risks of undergoing this dietary behavior. New alternative trends will be compared with the records of the basic medical recommendations.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to distinguish between different alternate directions The student will be able to critically think over the different directions

  • 01. Diets, diet history. 02. History of alternative dietary guidelines. 03. Advantages and disadvantages of alternative dietary guidelines. 04. Nutrition according to Ayurveda Eastern medicine. 05. Nutrition according to Eastern medicine . Chinese medicine. 06. Nutrition acidity in the body. 07. Nutrition according to blood groups. 08. Diets svynecháním certain nutrients. 09. Atkinson diet, ketodiets. 10.Macrobiotic diet 11. Other current diet trends. 12. Veganism and vegetarianism.
