After completing the subject, the student will be able to explain the acquired knowledge the issue of the impact of sedentary lifestyle on the emergence of civilization diseases and recommend an optimal movement program.
Learning outcomes
The graduate will be able to:
1. to analyze the results of the stress and basic biochemical examinations;
2. to propose an individual program on health promotion in view of possible risk factors;
3. propose a fitness program to improve the quality of life of people with chronic noninfectious diseases.
