The course is provided for optional PE only. Introduction to Psychomotor Games are followed by Psychomotor Games where we focus more on active creation and independent participation and direction of psychomotor activities.

Course objectives
The goal of this course is to introduce students to the importance of psychomtor games in common life of man. Psychomotor games help us to fulfil the personality balance. Students will learn to choose the suitable activities in specific situations.

The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle

The course focuses on human feelings during exercising. Pleasure from movement, meeting the self, the surroundings as well as the body can bring a lot of positive moments in life. Sudents can find new ways of life and refreshing philosophies thanks to the simple exercise, non-traditional tools, attitudes and music. Psychomotricity developes all parts of our personality and helps to experience deep feelings. It brings values that are missing nowadays. It offers and shows the way to feel, not the feeling itself.
Syllabus

  • Non-traditional equipment(plastic cups, rattles, beer mats, parachutes, covers, scarves...)
  • Non-traditional tools (stilts, spinning top, trolleys, rollons..)

Tutorial assessed with a credit
The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required
