Prerequisites
VOL_TV
Down-hill skiing (SL)- provided for pre-intermediate to advanced skiers. Students have to own their ski equipment, carving skies. Snowboarding (SNB) - geared for those who master the basic sliding turns down the adjusted slopes and own their snowboard with soft boots.

Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Winter sports course 5-7-days trips in the Czech Republic as well as abroad are provided in this course. Skiing trips abroad are geared for intermediate-advanced skiers and snowboarders.

  • Down-hill skiing (SL)- 4-7-days ski trips focused on the training and mastering all skiing techniques, especailly the carving technique Snowboarding (SNB)- 4-7-days ski trips focused on the training of the basic technique as well as demanding freestyle tricks Cross-country skiing (BL) - 4-7-days ski trips focused on the improvement of the cross-country skiing techniques and the cross-country hiking
