Course objectives
Body and mind - this is a category of exercises that includes lessons of a slow nature, the emphasis is mainly on the technique of performing individual exercises and on practicing proper breathing. Individual exercises are aimed at harmonizing the body, stretching shortened muscles, strengthening weakened muscle parts.In the individual lessons, you will learn about the Pilates exercise method, jogalates, Fitness yoga and healthy back lessons. The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle. Training in the correct execution of exercises from the Pilates, Jogalates, Fitness yoga and healthy back lessons, mastering proper breathing.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to: - correctly perform basic yoga and yogalates positions, exercises from the Pilates method, exercises from the healthy back lesson and include them in sets.
Syllabus
  • -introduction of basic yoga principles -introduction of basic poses -the bases of exercise and breathing techniques -training and mastering of basic configurations and their modifications -training and mastering of complex configurations - introduction of the basic principles of the Pilates method - the bases of the Pilates system - introduction of basic yogalates principles - introduction of basic healthy back lessons principles - training and mastering the basic configuration - practising the advanced methods
