Course objectives
The main goal of the lesson: to discover in dance, to strengthen the ability to experience oneself as a unique entity, as the center of perception of the world. In movement, in dance, we will focus on hiding emotions, feelings, thoughts and other subtle realities.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to: use dance, i.e. a combination of movement, relaxation and mental cleansing, as a form of body meditation.
Syllabus
  • The dance part is approximately 50 - 60 minutes long, the rhythmic pieces alternate with calm and relaxing melodies. Dance - spontaneous, conscious, free and also with an assignment from the instructor. At the end, rest, meditation, harmonizing music and voluntary sharing of the experiences.
