We remain in yoga poses for a prolonged period 2 - 5 min, in order to reach that relaxation. All the poses are oriented on the ground, when using the gravity, passive weight of the body and conscious breathing. We are learning to turn attention inside and cultivate our mind. That way we are going to help our body to release tension, stress and tiredness.
